Sea shells

on early morning walks on the beach, I collect big clam shells and small scallop shells, which are treasures found on the Atlantic Ocean beaches on Long Island, and take them home and press them into service as beautiful objects, soap dishes, salt and pepper cellars, candle holders...
we found a treasure trove of  Irish Sea scallop shells that are perfect for the above as well as their traditional use as serving pieces for Coquilles St. Jacques...we are selling them 6/$15 and use them not only for the table but for organizing desk supplies! www.thenewgeneralstore.com
