may 21-22nd event




it felt like summer at the new general store marketplace this weekend...we had our new pottery collection for summer entertaining, pots of salad to snip for dinner, belgian linen aprons for gardening and cooking, french soaps,and olive oils...
extra treat for this event is that matthew and jenny mead,and sally mc elroy came down from new england and set up a tent filled with mid-century modern treasures and stacks of the new Summer magazine which featured a story on my house!

soaps and sponges

we have packs of 12 white sponges and big chunks of natural olive oil soap from marseilles for our spring offerings...we like to put liquid ivory soap in vintage bottles, carafes or wine bottles with pour spouts to make dishwashing more pleasurable!
